In the land of Milk and Honey (or Los Angeles)- all is not sweet!
Everyone seems to be excited and talking about milk and honey shoes, but health conscious folks are concerned more about hormones and pollutants showing up in the milk supply rather than if custom wedding shoes match the theme of the event. Not only are contaminants scary to think about -frankly, cow’s milk isn’t even a properly balanced food . Trying to sweeten the pot with honey? – well that might not be the answer either. Read on to find out why.

Milk is not just cold white goodness. The milk of every animal is unique and specifically tailored to the requirements of that species. For example, cows’ milk has more protein in it than human milk does. Three to four times as much, and has five to seven times the mineral content. Minerals are important – check out www.ivitaminscience.com if you want to read about that. However, cow’s milk is markedly deficient in essential fatty acids when compared to human milk. Mothers’ milk has six to ten times as much of the essential fatty acids, especially linoleic acid. (Incidentally, skimmed cow’s milk has no linoleic acid). We need these essential fatty acids to keep our waistlines tight, our muscles strong, and our circulation and energy healthy.
What’s all that powder on your nose (LA reference)- I mean feet, little bees?
It’s plant pollen! Now plant pollens have distinctive fatty acid profiles dominated by linoleic, linolenic, myristic and dodecanoic acids. These are all very healthy for the bees and they also would be good in milk. But I don’t see any people out there gathering pollen, most of us are running from it trying not to sneeze our heads off! So, what about honey?
Sweet Nector of the Gods

In honey, Palmitic and oleic acids were respectively found in relative good concentrations, but only small amounts of lauric, stearic, and linoleic acids. So if you are trying to get your essential fatty acids by adding honey to milk, you probably aren’t going to get much accomplished except satisfying your sweet tooth, and causing frequent trips to the bathroom for that lactose insufficiency problem.
OOh Baby Baby

It is a good idea to keep species specific nutrition in mind when it comes to feeding our children milk. We must always try to breast feed if possible because of the proper ratios of protein, and nutrients – including fatty acids. Plus it is a great bonding experience, and sets children off on the right foot, keeping them from getting infections and making them grow fast!
Got Milk and Mischief?
We should be careful what we are feeding our babies, or even adults who act like babies! Lindsay Lohan has got milk, and also a pissed off judge to deal with. We may need to keep an eye on her. Now for the rest of us adults – let’s skip the cow’s milk, and all the drama, and bring on the BEEF! I know all those cattle are out there mooing saying, “please eat more chicken” and “go vegetarian!”

News Flash! “You get smarter the more you walk!” Brain Size Matters!

What?
Scientists have found in a recent study that walking increases the volume and the efficiency of the brain, and also improves memory and attention. New research is focused on why this doesn’t seem to affect blondes in the same way. Rumor is they are focusing on Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Britney Spears as test subjects.

As little as three hours a week of brisk walking over a period of 6 months increases blood flow to the the brain and triggers biochemical changes that increase production of new brain neurons. Stretching , sex, and non-aerobic exercise has no effect on brain size. (obviously, Pamela Anderson and Jenna Jameson)

I calculated it out, that in order to be smarter you need to walk about 234 miles. That is 9 marathons! If you couple this exercise routine with proper diet, human growth hormone, testosterone and other bioidentical hormones, proper vitamins and minerals http://www.ivitaminscience.com you might be invited to MENSA in less than 6 months! No doubt you would be much smarter!

Suggestion to US Senate, Congress, and Capital Hill: You all need to Take a hike! Sen. Harry Reed, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and President Obama especially! From Wash DC to New York City is about 230 miles – so I suggest you all get walking! After getting your necessary brain boost, throw out the current socialized medicine bill, and start over, working with the Republicans, and physician experts (not personal injury lawyers) to get a upgrade to the private health care system that already is the finest in the world.

“Obama-bonics?”
Today, I heard something I never thought would be proclaimed by the President of the United States of America, the leader of the free world, the most powerful man on the planet…he said, “people in America are getting awl wee-weed up.” Now, I have used a bit of slang in my day, and I’ll admit I am not down with street lingo, but wee weed up? Is that a form of ebonics mixed with politics? Or maybe he was thinking of the good old days when he wet his diaper back in Kenya, and began his political career where he hoped for a “change”? The only thing for sure is that his poll numbers are going into the toilet these days, and for good reason.

Say it ain’t so Joe,” no flow!”
Speaking of going into the toilet…Maybe our President just said that wee wee’d remark to illuminate one of the bigger health problems in America, BPH – benign prostate hypertrophy? BPH is the reason men keep going, and going, and going to the bathroom – and once they get there, they only get a dribble. It is a mechanical issue caused by the prostate pushing on the urethra impeding urine flow.

Sen. Reed demonstrating his universal prostate health checking plan to Speaker Pelosi
One of the natural remedies proposed by President Obama to stop leeky wee wee is to blindly agree with all of the socialist agenda’s put forth by Pelosi, Reed and the Statists. Another, perhaps better way might be to take saw palmetto, a natural remedy that does cause the prostate to shrink. Food sources high in zinc (pumpkin seeds) or selenium supplements are very good. Omega 3 fish oils are also helpful. There is always a couple of types of pharmaceuticals including Cardura, Rapaflo, Avodart, Proscar that help flow. Unfortunately, these can have side effects that really impact sexual performance and desire. I just want to warn guys out there who are proactive, preventive minded. If you don’t have an enlarged prostate, don’t take the supplements other than nutrients like minerals, vitamins, and omega 3 fish oils.

Oh, another remedy is to sit down to go wee wee. See, all that talk about having the protestor’s sit down and shut up, was really just another public health measure courtesy of the Democratic Socialist Republic of America.

Thanks President for carrying the pumpkin seed, and helping us focus on this public health problem that does indeed needed discussion.
Time for our leaders to stop sitting all over Americans,
Dr. Frye

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)- can really tie you up!
SHBG is produced by the liver cells and is released into the bloodstream. Other sites that produce SHBG are the brain, uterus, and placenta and vagina. In addition SHBG is produced by the testes; testes-produced SHBG is also called androgen-binding protein.
Why is this important? When you are doing testosterone replacement therapy, or trying to maximize your own natural supply, you must try to keep SHBG from increasing or else you will be a weak sister, with erection problems, or ED!

Pop the Protein Bubble – SHBG looks for testosterone to take out of circulation
As you know, the human body uses testosterone to bind to cells and promote lean muscle mass, sexual energy, and vitality. However, the majority of testosterone is bound or weakly-bound to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and therefore, useless.

This is an example of what can happen with too much SHBG binding up your testosterone.
Estrogen increases SHBG, so if you don’t control estrogen through medications, more of your free testosterone is bound by SHBG and wasted! The good news is that Vigorous exercise lowers SHBG. So total testosterone isn’t that important, it is what is available (or free) that makes all the difference.
If you are on any kind of testosterone program, and your doctor hasn’t prescribed estrogen blockers, that doctor doesn’t know enough about testosterone, and you should call my office, dial the number at www.pbpmed.com, and get some real help. Also, keep eating decently, exercise like crazy, and take your vitamins and mineral supplements. www.ivitaminscience.com.

Exercise - there is no substitute for fitness when it comes to sexual performance
Not only must you have the energy that exercise can bring to your body and life, you need the strength to perform. Abdominal strength and arm strength play a large role in how well you hold up in your bedroom. Of course, without aerobic capacity gained though hard work – you simply will run out of breath before your partner does!
Women

The aim of Kegel exercises is to fortify muscle tone by strengthening the pubococcygeus muscles(PC) of the pelvic floor.
So overall body tone makes a big difference, but what about inner muscle strength? Most women know about pelvic muscle floor weakness – responsible for urinary leakage when sneezing, or straining – common after having a baby. Well, these muscles are responsible for sexual pleasure, and enhance orgasmic contractions. A Kegel exercise, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, consists of contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor (sometimes called the “Kegel muscles”). If you work on the PC, you can really make your sex life even better for yourself and your partner.
The Fawcet Test to measure your PC progress
1. When your bladder is full bladder go to the bathroom and start to urinate, then quickly tighten your pc muscle and stop the flow of urine. 2. Release and start to urinate again and repeat.

The Japanese iGallop “Abdominal Strengthener” Cost to be taken for a ride $250.00.
This iGallop machine actually mimics the actions of riding a horse, and might have some benefit to the abdominals. Probably the most value of the iGallop would be if you practice your Kegel exercises while on the horse! If you can strengthen your pelvic floor – orgasms are easier and more intense. Aerobic exercise performed at high intensity for 20 minutes not only releases natural antidepressant in your brain, but adds a measure of testosterone, estrogen, and even human growth hormone for your body! You not only look good, you are good when you exercise regularly and vigorously. Of course, you need proper nutrition, all the hormones, and targeted vitamins and minerals http://ivitaminscience.com to make everything work the best.
The Men

Golf Digest stated, Camilo is the “most ripped player on the PGA Tour”
It wasn’t Kegel exercises that has helped Camilo Villegas sculpt his body and swing, it was the exercise called the “Russian twist” that did it. The Russian Twist strengthens the lower back and shoulders and promotes separation between the upper body and lower body. Lie back on a physio ball and hold a dumbbell with two hands overhead. Rotate your upper body from side to side, rolling onto your shoulders. Camilo has won about $4 Million dollars in his pro golfing career and his workout routine has provided him with the edge he needs to win on the course, and most likely helps him in dealing with all the women chasing him home from the links.

Kegel Exercises for Men has multiple advantages!
Some Kegel masters claim it is possible for men to train this area strong enough to have orgasms without ejaculation, so they can have “multiples’ and they can last longer. Some men report that they have less problems with erectile dysfunction (ED) when they strengthen their pelvic muscles. Men spend so much time at the gym working on their body muscles, but they often ignore their pubococcygeus -the same muscle that is weak in women. In fact, most men don’t even know about the pubococcygeus, though its role during male orgasm is hard to ignore. The pubococcygeus ( PC muscle) can be strengthened to improve sex – power, length, and can be exercised without any equipment.
Here are 3 ways to strengthen the PC muscle, men! 1.While standing with knees slightly bent, pretend you are holding a coin between the muscles of your buttocks and grip it tightly. 2.With penis flaccid, try to lift the scrotum and retract the penis by contracting the muscles. 3. Use the muscles to stimulate stopping urination and then starting again. The exercises should be performed as many as 90 times a day, and at least three to four weeks are required to have an affect.

“Love Love” – Tennis Anyone? Everyone! Good Exercise leads to Stinky Shoes and Great Sex, so don’t wait – lace up, and get active in any sport (and do those Kegels too.)

Over a lifetime, only a fraction of a percentage of people escape headaches. It has been estimated that 9/10 people have at least one headache per year. 1 in 5 will have a migraine headache sometime in their life- which means over a billion people worldwide will at some point have a migraine episode. It has been suggested that almost 20 million migraine headaches happen every day somewhere in the world. So, it is a huge problem, and not a new one.

Supermodel, Elle MacPherson – known as “the Body” suffers from migraines (may be triggered by Guy Richie)
Aretaeus of Cappadocia (Eastern Turkey) did not discover Elle, but he is credited as the “discoverer” of migraines because of his description of the symptoms of a unilateral headache associated with vomiting, with headache-free intervals in between attacks.

The difference between regular headaches and migraines are- with migraines usually there is an alert time or “aura” that precedes the pain, and repeatable associated triggers that cause one to happen. (85% of migraine sufferers could report something that sets off the migraine.) These include weather (up to 50%), missing a meal (40%), stress (about 50%), alcohol (50%) and various types of food (45%). About 50% of women report menses as a trigger. A recent study showed that over 50% considered crying to be a trigger. Not very many people even realize that they have migraines, and think it is allergies, and sinus related.

Botox has many useful applications!
Botox (Botulinum toxin)is a medication and a neurotoxic protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum distributed by Allergan . When injected into the body, it blocks neurotransmitter release which powers muscles thereby paralysing them. We use Botox as a cosmetic enhancer by eliminating muscle contraction of the forehead and face – those muscles that cause excess rhytids( wrinkles). It is very effective, exceedingly safe, and has millions of adoring fans! Everyone is familiar with that. But the properties of Botox can be utilized for other medical issues, beyond the surface of the skin, or the pores that produce sweat.

Inject the Migraine right between the eyes!
Migraines are felt to be related to muscular spasm, and erratic blood vessel contraction and expansion. Once this occurs, a cascade of inflammation happens which causes the severe pain, nausea, light and noise sensitivity. This is where botox comes in. If we mix about 80 IU’s of Botox (twice what we might use for frown lines and crow’s feet) and inject it in precise locationsaround the brows, eyes, and neck area, we can get a remarkable result lasting 6 -8 months. Some doctors just inject between the eyes (glabellar region) and feel the frown muscles – (corrugators) are responsible for migraines, but I think you need to inject the back of the scalp at nape of the neck in order to get the best result. We charge about $1120 for the treatment which can really give you your life back!

If you cut out the muscles that allow you to frown, what if you’re not happy with the result?
New treatments include surgical removal of the frown muscle, which I think is ridiculous, unnecessary, and expensiveat $6000. A more balanced approach of proper sleep, diet, exercise, hormonal balance, stress reduction, and targeted supplements makes more sense, and can have a -lasting impact. There has been remarkable improvement in many migraine sufferers just with supplementation of magnesium, 500 -600 mg, CoQ10, 30 – 50 mg and Vitamin B2, 100 – 150 mg to their diets. Of course, caffeine and many herbal supplements have also been tagged as helpful. I would recommend people to check out http://ivitaminscience.comto see how you can get your precise vitamin, mineral and coQ1o levels checked, so see what your body needs to be balanced and healthy. You will soon be able to get your hormones like testosterone, growth hormone, estrogen progesterone, your vitamins and minerals, regular blood, urine, or saliva tests checked without going to see your doctor at http://whitecoatlaboratorycompany.com. Watch for that coming soon!
Have a headache free day!
