Homemade Viagra!
I don’t recommend putting a clove headband on to try to boost your sex life! I have heard about “a girl being so ugly she has to hang a porkchop around her neck to get the dog to play with her.” but this couture garland thig is just stupid!
Garlic has long been used as a spice and has been reported to possess medicinal and pharmacological properties. Several studies have indicated that garlic can lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, but what is really exciting is what it can raise! Indeed! Testosterone and the body parts (ED) that need it are raised when you take Garlic.

Cameron Diaz - raises more testosterone than Garlic
Surf babe Cameron Diaz, is a picture of health at the beach! The sexy Charlie’s Angel loves a substantial breakfast of garlic and lemon chicken with broccolini to give her the energy for hours of surfing. I wonder if Garlic repels Paparazzi or Great White Sharks? Testosterone boosts women’s bodies, and sex drive just like a man’s!

This “guy” is several cloves short of a full bulb – “there ain’t enough Garlic in Italy to help this guy”

Garlic repels all forms of bloodsuckers actually- including Vampires, Mosquitoes, Ticks, and possibly Statists too! Garlic’s healing powers come from the sulphorous compounds it contains (the same ones feed the bacteria in your mouth, causing bad breath and the natural insect repellant effect)! Parsley is the best weapon against garlic breath and lonely nights.

So stock up on some parsley and mouthwash, and get to eating some garlic. You’ll live better, look better, and have more sex! I guess we could call Garlic – Mother Nature’s Roids!

Have you heard of the Flat Belly Diet or the Quik Trim Diet?

This sexy belly was not made with the Flat Belly or the Quik Trim Diets I can assure you!
“A MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acid) at Every Meal” is the pitch from the proponents of this latest fad “diet” plan. I can’t believe how popular some diet plans become, and now I am convinced that facts don’t matter, it’s all about the marketing. This one has Yale and Prevention Magazing behind it, which is even more shocking. I guess if Yale was in Florida it would be a D school, and we would stop sending them free lunch money. Here’s what they’re saying, and I guess they’re doing it with a straight face.
MUFA’s and weight loss?
MUFA (MOO-fah) is a term that some dieticians have been using for years. It stands for monounsaturated fatty acid, a type of heart-healthy, “good” fat found in foods like nuts, avocado, and chocolate. “MUFAs are an unsaturated fat, and have the exact opposite effect of the unhealthy saturated and trans fats you’ve heard about in the news.” Trouble is, it isn’t true. While unsaturated fats are better than saturated fat, it is folly to think you can reduce your heart risk by eating high caloric foods, no matter if you may improve your cholesterol ratios. Fat makes you die from heart disease, period, no matter what an MRI shows.
Here’s the new mascot for the Flat Belly Diet Plan

The Big F is not only a name but a grade
“The Flat Belly Diet was designed by a “registered dietitian”, and based on research showing that eating a calorie-controlled, Mediterranean-style diet rich in monounsaturated fatty acids — MUFAs for short — may help you store less fat in your belly and reduce your risk of disease. Each of the four, 400-calorie daily meals contains a specific portion of a MUFA-rich food; oils, olives, nuts seeds, avocados, or dark chocolate.
(Do you notice that you must limit calories, and exercise along with this magical food selection to lose weight? )
Even dieticians confuse weight and heart disease plans. Here’s an example: Think of 9 grain bread (endorsed by the American Heart Association)as heart friendly, it improves your cholesterol ratio so it lowers heart attack risk. But, sadly each slice of bread is like cake at 180 calories each! Two slices and you are at 360 calories without anything on your sandwich. Just the bread alone at 360 calories a day, 7 days a week would make 43 lbs of fat. Moral of the story, “Just because something is healthy, doesn’t mean it can’t make you fat!” So even experts get mixed up, and you get bad info and feel frustrated and go on to the next gimmicky diet plan.
Padma Lakshmi from the TV show Top Chef is very sweet

1 Hershey’s dark chocolate bar = 180 calories
1 Avocado = 325 calories
1 Nut = moo -foh creator of the flat belly diet that thinks you lose weight by eating monounsaturated fats

Kim Kardashian, this doesn’t count for a work-out. I heard she is pitching the new Quik Trim diet program…( wait, wasn’t that the name of her sex tape she made with Reggie Bush?) Quik Trim just uses diet, exercise, and pharmaceutical appetite suppressant, Phentermine. Just like Reggie’s gift, this is pure speed! Just work out, and eat decent people – it always works.
Hey, I smell something baking, have you heard about that new cookie diet that is so amazing???
Time to get moo-fah real,

Arnold, if you take testosterone, you better beware of becoming a “girlie man”
Successful andropause (low testosterone in men) treatment requires a high degree of knowledge both by the patient and the physician. Too many doctors are prescribing testosterone as a “side business” out of their natural medical zone of expertise – all with good intentions. But they are causing a lot of problems, including elevated estrogen which can cause gynecomastia (man boobs, moobies, bitch tits). This bad side effect can be permanent so it is a real problem. The only recourse is for men to have plastic surgery, and that can run anywhere from $7500 – $20,000! In the USA this is a very common procedure, and there are surgeons that do this exclusively because of the volume of guys needing it! The problem of estrogen is just one of the many problems with inexperienced prescribing of testosterone – there are several others like ED, and low sex drive.

Gynecomastia – “Moobies”
Men have an enzyme that takes testosterone and turns it promptly into estrogen! This is called the aromatase enzyme, and it must be controlled and blocked to prevent problems like gyno.
The Estrogen Blockers – here are just two of many choices:
Chrysin- ” a natural aromatase inhibitor” – some guys use this natural product, and probably are into flowers if they do!

Chrysin (5, 7 Dihyroxyflavone) is a flavonoid extracted from the plant Passiflori coerulea, a member of the blue passion flower family. It is promoted in bodybuilding to be an effective inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme. I can tell you in my experience, it is a poor choice, even though it is “natural.”

“Arimidex”- Anastrozole – the holy grail of estrogen blockers
A new generation of estrogen blocker – this powerful prescription medication targets the aromatase enzyme with a vengence, and works very well. It can actually work too well, because estrogen in small amounts is critical to male health. In fact, you must have estrogen to have lean muscle, and also to make an erection. So, we need to keep estrogen in a narrow range to have it work for a guy, instead of working against him. Some see a drop in good cholesterol and a raise of bad cholesterol with estrogen blockers. (We combat that with Niacin (Vitamin B3).
It is a dangerous time to be a testosterone patient

So, if you are going to do testosterone, don’t do it yourself, and don’t pick a doctor that doesn’t do this full time.
Full Timer,
Dr. Frye

HGH makes Super Heroes
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) replacement therapy is one of many great tools used in anti-aging medicine. It has been shown that as we age our bodies natural growth hormone production decreases. Actually, we continue to make HGH -see below. Many of the negative effects of aging are seen as a result of this decrease.

I have found that the American Academy of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine (AAARM) provides the finest education to physicians who want to excel in the advanced preventive medicine arena. I have just been Board Certified in Anti-aging and Rejuvenation Medicine and we believe in Growth Hormone and Sermorelin and other cutting edge products where I practice in Palm Beach. I have seen patients achieve phenomenal results with few even minor side effects from Sermorelin or HGH. Of course, we do it all, and that includes dietary, physical, and nutrient replacement along with the replacement of selective hormones to keep people performing optimally.

Charcoal Grill Starter – the New York Times
The natural HGH coursing through your body right now is, indeed, a perfectly remarkable anabolic hormone. There has been so much bad press about “Steroids” and “Anabolics” but the drama has been produced by those looking for sensationalism and fueled by their ignorance. Steroids are not only helpful and safe, when provided by a competent doctor, and they are essential to life. (Cholesterol and Estrogen are steroids!) HGH produced by the pituitary gland throughout life, but the levels gradually decline with age. The hormone is key for growth of muscle, bone and cartilage, enhances immune function and helps burn fat.

The Core Fat Killer
One of the best things about HGH is the fact that it allows us to burn off that flabby stomach, or aggravating “love handles.” When you try to starve yourself thin while running or biking miles and miles, you will first see a loss of muscle mass, but your stomach may just sit there looking at you. Frustrating! With a small injection of HGH 5 days a week you will literally see your body reshaping. Bring out the skinny jeans, or get those work jeans on without cutting off important circulation again!

Atm AntiAging
HGH can be expensive ($600 – 900.00 per month USD) yet worth every penny! Honestly, how important is your health to you? There simply isn’t any finer product on the market available to you that can do so much.
Timeless.

The Rapture of Rapamycin – found in the navel of the world!
On an Easter Day in 1722 a tiny scrap of volcanic land between the South American coast and Tahiti was found. This speck of land was called Easter Island. Its modern Polynesian name is Rapa Nui. Historians think that its original name is Te-Pito-Te-Henua, which means The Navel of the World. That’s right, Bellybutton Paradise.

Rapa Nui - (Does this look like Pres Obama, or Vladimir Lenin? Is it just me or do all Marxist look alike?)
Easter Island may now boast another odd claim to fame besides these crazy stone monuments: a midlife longevity drug. In a new study, researchers report that an antibiotic called rapamycin–after the island’s Polynesian name, Rapa Nui–enabled middle-aged mice to live up to 16% longer than their rapa-free counterparts. The discovery marks the first time a drug has been shown to lengthen life span in mammals, even when administered late in life.

This is a mess, but shows you just how complex cellular aging can be!
The compound works by inhibiting mTOR, a protein that regulates cell growth and survival. When researchers realized that calorie restriction diets, which are known to lengthen life spans in mice, also suppresses mTOR activity, they began to wonder if rapamycin might boost longevity as well.

Scientists first isolated the compound from bacteria from the island’s soil

Some say you can eat more than you should, stay skinny, and run twice as far if you take these pills. Those are the big claims coming from new drug studies on these anti-aging products. Perhaps the much-discussed Resveratrol mixed with Rapamycin may be the pill of the future? But, don’t expect Rapamycin to hit the market anytime soon, though. Rapamycin is known to raise cholesterol levels and, and because it is a potent immune system suppressant, the compound could make its consumers more susceptible to infections. <sigh>
Time to keep looking,
Dr. Frye

Leaves can be very stimulating!
Thousands of years of natural selection has created one of the hardiest, most resiliant plants on earth, the olive tree. The ravages of time have brought floods, droughts, frosts, and countless attacks of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and disease, yet some varieties of olive trees survive, and thrive. We can capitalize on the acquired wisdom of these trees to keep us healthy!

Popeye the Sailorman was one of the first to reveal a love for Olive Oil!
Olive leaf extract is an ancient remedy whose first recorded use was in 1000 BC. Olive leaves have been called a miracle and is directly cited in science, mythology, and the Bible as a healer. These leaves have been a used for thousands of years as a homeopathic remedy in the Mediterranean and other parts of the world.

As a natural health supplement, herbal tea, in capsules, soap, skin care & extracts, it fight cold & flu. As part of the Mediterranean diet, it boosts immune systems & increases energy, fights infections, and can lower cholesterol. It would be a great addition to your preventive medicine regimen.

Olive Oil should be a staple in every home – the elenolate is one of the most valuable components in it (great bottle Brachia!)
“Let Food Be Thy Medicine“ Hippocrates 400 B.C.
Researchers found calcium elenolate in olive leaves effective in test tube experiments against 17 viruses: including herpes, polio, and many influenza (flu) and parainfluenza types. Many believe it is effective against HIV too – but not as a prophylactic! They found it effective against 20 bacteria and parasitic protozoans including staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), E. coli, salamonella, and even malaria!
Someone call the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), here’s the answer to our problems:

Start feeding pigs olive leaves….

Get the ducks eating olives in China….
Whammo! No more Swine Flu and No more Bird Flu! We cut the viruses off at the source!
Sometimes all you ever need to know to be a doctor can be learned in Kindergarden.
Time is fun,
