Homemade Viagra! 

I don’t recommend putting a clove headband on to try to boost your sex life!  I have heard about “a girl being so ugly she has to hang a porkchop around her neck to get the dog to play with her.” but this couture garland thig is just stupid! 

Garlic has long been used as a spice and has been reported to possess medicinal and pharmacological properties. Several studies have indicated that garlic can lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, but what is really exciting is what it can raise!  Indeed!  Testosterone and the body parts (ED) that need it are raised when you take Garlic.

Surf babe Cameron Diaz, is a picture of health at the beach!  The sexy Charlie’s Angel loves a substantial breakfast of garlic and lemon chicken with broccolini  to give her the energy for hours of surfing.  I wonder if Garlic repels Paparazzi or Great White Sharks?  Testosterone boosts women’s bodies, and sex drive just like a man’s!

Garlic repels all forms of bloodsuckers actually- including Vampires, Mosquitoes, Ticks, and possibly Statists too!  Garlic’s healing powers come from the sulphorous compounds it contains (the same ones feed the bacteria in your mouth, causing bad breath and the natural insect repellant effect)!  Parsley is the best weapon against garlic breath and lonely nights.

So stock up on some parsley and mouthwash, and get to eating some garlic.  You’ll live better, look better, and have more sex!  I guess we could call Garlic – Mother Nature’s Roids!

Erection Failure (dysfunction) will make you want to hide your head under the covers

There was a study done in Boston a few years back that estimated over 52% of the entire male population in the United States between the ages of 40 and 70 suffer from mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED) .  There is a very strong association between ED and psychological factors, including depression, low levels of dominance, and anger.  Also, changing jobs, partners, patterns,  increased work demands,or if you are experiencing lagging hormones (low libido), or nutrient deficiencies- will contribute to your problem.  I speak to my patients daily about these topics, and must not be so focused on one thing.  You must have a balanced life to have great sex!

Part of the process of erection involves the release of nitric oxide (NO) in vasculature as a result of sexual stimulation. NO activates enzymes leading to smooth muscle relaxation in blood vessels supplying the corpus cavernosum, resulting in increased blood flow and an erection.  Without NO, it is a No Go!  So, let’s review a bit about Nitrous Oxide, and then I can show you what can be done to increase it.

Nitrous oxide was first produced by a minister, Joseph Priestly, in 1772, who recognized that this gas helped to relieve pain he had at the time.  It took 50 years of playful interest in this “laughing gas” before it was looked upon as a serious way to anesthetize people who needed surgery.  200 years later we now know the value of this molecule as it affects muscle development, reproductive capability, and many other systems. 

So, if we can increase NO,  the enzyme, cyclic guanisine monophosphate (cGNP)  will increase which makes everything work exceedingly well.  Medications, like the “Blue Pill”Viagra block the enzyme that degrades cGNP so it stays around longer, making you stay around longer. 

Enrique Iglesias & Anna Kournikova are praying that his prescription for Viagra came in the mail. 

Enrique  said recently,”I don’t like Viagra. I need Viagra.”   There is no doubt that Viagra is an effective and safe drug in treating ED,  but successful intercourse occurs on average 50%–60% of the time.  Well, if Anna gets bored because of Enrique’s ED, she can always stare at her new diamond engagement ring he gave her.   Other medications like Cialis, “the yellow pill”tend to work similarly, just work longer – up to thirty- six hours.  You have to be careful not to drink too much alcohol with this medication because severe dizziness and fainting can occur.  Anyone that has heart problems, take blood pressure or angina (heart pain) medications should be especially responsible with this medication. 

If you do get some of the blue or yellow pills, please make sure to keep this and all medications safe from others, (and pets).    Someday soon there might be an effective Viagra ”pink pill” for women – so far there isn’t anything great yet.
